Gas Estimate Module

The Gas Estimate module is responsible for estimating the gas cost of a data relay. During block production, each node operator votes on an estimate of the amount of gas for each registered network, and the weighted median of those votes is accepted on-chain as the gas price of relays. Then, the GMP module uses this estimation to relay data. The gas estimate module is located here. More details are coming soon!
